1. GENERAL POLICY STATEMENT

At Diaper Yard, we are committed to providing high-quality baby and maternity products. Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we operate a strict and limited return policy.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

2. RETURN WINDOW (STRICT 24 HOURS)

All return requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.

Any request made after 24 hours will be automatically rejected without exception.

Time is calculated from the confirmed delivery timestamp.

 

3. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

A product is eligible for return ONLY IF ALL conditions below are met:

Item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

All seals, tags, and labels are intact and unbroken

Item is in resalable condition

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided

Return request is approved before item is sent back

 

4. NON-RETURNABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items are STRICTLY NON-RETURNABLE:

Grooming kits

Maternity bras and underwear

Baby bottles, nipples, pacifiers

Breast pumps and breastfeeding accessories

Opened diapers, wipes, or hygiene products

Personal care items (lotions, oils, creams, colognes)

Feeding items and utensils

Any item marked “Non-returnable”

NO EXCEPTIONS will be made for the above categories.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

 

5. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS

You may qualify for a replacement or refund ONLY IF:

Item was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect

You notify us within 24 hours

You provide clear photo/video evidence

Failure to provide evidence within the timeframe will result in automatic denial.

Method of refund will match original payment where possible
